I will work to create stronger, symbiotic relationships between Wetumpka, Elmore County, the Board of Education, and neighboring jurisdictions. By fostering open communication and collaborative planning, we can tackle regional challenges more effectively and unlock new opportunities that benefit our entire area.
- Investing in Our Quality of Life: Our thriving sports, arts, and education sectors are the heart of Wetumpka. My family's eight-year dedication to the Wetumpka High School Band Boosters – where we partner with local businesses for fundraising and even pull the equipment trailer on Friday nights – demonstrates my deep commitment to these vital programs. I will advocate for continued investment, innovative funding solutions, and community support to ensure these areas flourish, enriching the lives of our residents and attracting new families.
- Effective Project Execution: From city infrastructure to community-driven initiatives, I will leverage my professional experience in overseeing complex projects to ensure they are managed efficiently and effectively. My work uplifting emergency vehicles, installing radios on school buses, and building radio systems for local industries has taught me the importance of meticulous planning and timely execution. I will apply these skills to ensure city projects are completed on time, within budget, and truly serve the needs of our residents, enhancing our quality of life.
